- ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID LAYTON CITY CORPORATION will accept separate sealed bids for the 'MISCELLANEOUS WATER LINE IMPROVEMENTS, PROJECT WTR25-01'. The project includes the installation of 3,450 linear feet of 8-inch culinary water line and associated items. ENGINEERS ESTIMATE - $850,000 The bids will ONLY be received and accepted via the online electronic bid service through www.questcdn.com until 10:00 a.m. local time on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at which time all bids will be virtually opened using VirtuBid. The bidder will also be required to submit proof of a 5% bid bond to www.questcdn.com to successfully submit a bid.
