- ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID LAYTON CITY CORPORATION will accept separate sealed bids for the '2550 N AND CHURCH STREET (PE8), PROJECT 22-14'. The project includes construction of new 36-inch RCP storm drain pipe with storm drain box installations, installation of new curb & gutter, new ADA ramps, and all other incidental work associated with storm drain installation. ENGINEERS ESTIMATE - $145,000 The bids will ONLY be received and accepted via the online electronic bid service through www.questcdn.com until 10:30 a.m. local time on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at which time all bids will be virtually opened using VirtuBid. The bidder will also be required to submit proof of a 5% bid bond to www.questcdn.com to successfully submit a bid. Layton City reserves the right to approve or deny bidders based upon similar project experience.
