- AGENDA NOTICE: Public notice is hereby given that Box Elder County will hold a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) meeting at 12:00 P.M. on Wednesday January 28, 2026 in the Commission Chambers of the Box Elder County Courthouse, 01 South Main Street, Brigham City, Utah. Please be advised that a member of the Board of Commissioners may not be present at the upcoming meeting in person, but may participate via phone or other electronic means. 1. CALL TO ORDER 12:00 PM A. Approve Minutes from November 19, 2025 2. AGENDA ITEMS A. Approval of Box Elder County/RNG CBDG Grant Application-Marion Layne 3.
