- The Mount Pleasant City Council will hold a work session January 27th, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. The meeting will be held in the City Council Chambers at 115 West Main Street, Mount Pleasant, Utah. 1. Roll Call 2. Discussion: City Street Right-of-Way Standards and Encroachments- Chief Steve Gray 3. Department Reports (as needed) 4. Adjourn In Accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) this facility is wheelchair accessible and handicap parking is available.
