Southwest Utah Public Health Department Board of Health policy on water hauling as allowed under very specific circumstances in the Board's Onsite Wastewater rule. 2. Discuss options for water hauling 3. Public comment as allowed by the board chair 4. Vote on whether to proceed with changes to the rule and/or what those changes will look like 5. Outline next steps in the process 6. Adjourn: next regularly scheduled board meeting will be February 11, 2026
