- Agenda Town of Leeds Town Council Wednesday, January 28, 2026 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Town of Leeds Town Council will hold a PUBLIC MEETING on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at 7:00 PM at the Leeds Town Hall, 218 N. Main Street, Leeds, UT 84746. If you are interested in participating remotely via Google Meets, please contact Town Hall at 435-879-2447 or email the clerk@leeds.utah.gov for Google Meets details. Regular Meeting 1. Call to Order/Roll Call 2. Invocation 3. Pledge of Allegiance 4. Declaration of Abstentions or Conflicts 5. Consent Agenda: a. Tonight's Agenda January 28, 2026 b. Meeting Minutes of January 14, 2026 6. Announcements: a. Transportation Expo, Tuesday, February 17, 2026 from 10am-5pm at the Dixie Center b. Town Council Focus Areas: i. Jeff Allen: Solid Waste, History, Cemeteries and Mosquitoes ii. Kohl Furley: Roads, Flood Water and Emergency Services iii. Chris Harvey: Water Companies, Wastewater and Leeds Events/Dinners/Newsletter iv. Aaron Price: Finance, General Plan, Impact Fees and Parks 7. Public Comments: No action may be taken on a matter raised under this agenda item. (Three minutes per person.) 8. Public Hearings: NONE 9. Old Discussion and Possible Action Items a. Tabled Item from 1/14/2026 - Resolution 2026-06 Adoption of a Policy for the Opening Ceremony at Town Meetings 10. Discussion and Possible Action a. Electing Mayor Pro Tem b. Appointment of Aaron Price as Leeds Treasurer c. TDS Fiber Installation Project and Bonding 11. Discussion: a. Number of On-Premise Alcoholic Beverage Licenses b. Priorities for Town Council in 2026 12. Staff Reports 13. Public Comment No action may be taken on a matter raised under this agenda item. (Three minutes per person.) 14. A Closed Session may be held pursuant to Utah Code Section 52-4-204 & 205 upon request. 15. Adjournment The Town of Leeds will provide reasonable accommodations for persons needing assistance to participate in this public meeting.
