- SF Logo Wednesday, January 28, 2026 Development Review Committee DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the City Council Chambers at Library Hall, 80 South Main Street, Second Floor, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually. 1. Approval of Minutes 2. Site Plan A. ARGYLE SUBSTATION. The proposal involves construction of a power substation to be located at 198 West 100 South. B. SPANISH FORK CITY GREENHOUSE RELOCATION. This proposal involves the construction of a greenhouse located at approximately 350 South 300 West. 3. Conditional Use Permit A. CHICKEN PROCESSING FACILITY. This proposal involves a request for a Conditional Use Permit to allow for a chicken processing facility to operate at 3584 North 1150 West. 4. General Plan Amendments A. GENERAL PLAN UPDATE. This proposal involves updating the Land Use Element of the General Plan. B. GENERAL PLAN UPDATE. This proposal involves amending the General Growth Management Boundary Map. 5. Adjourn End
