- NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING BEFORE THE TRANSPORTATION AND MOBILITY ADVISORY COMMITTEE AMENDED The Provo City Transportation and Mobility Advisory Committee will hold a public meeting on Thursday, January 15, 2026, at 12:30 p.m. The following items below will be discussed, and anyone interested is invited to attend. This meeting will be conducted as a hybrid meeting. The meeting will be available to the public for live broadcast and on-demand viewing at: YouTube https://www.youtube.com/user/ProvoChannel17 on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/provochannel17. 1. Introductions - TMAC Chair Beth Provence 2. Action Item - Approve Minutes from November 20, 2025 3. BYU Student Project Presentation - Truman Hoggan, McKay Baker, McKenna Pouwer, and Emma Thomas 4. Discussion - Meeting Topics for 2026 - TMAC Chair Beth Provence 5. Engineering Project Update - Engineering Staff a. Lakeview Parkway Bridges Deck Repair - Danielle Nixon b. 820 North Bridge Replacement Update - David Michelsen c. University Avenue Bridge Replacement Update - Vern Keeslar 6. Adjourn Provo City will make reasonable accommodations for all citizens interested in participating in this meeting. If assistance is needed to allow participation at this meeting, please call Engineering at 801-852-6740 at least three days before the meeting to make arrangements. Hybrid Meeting Protocol The Provo City Transportation and Mobility Advisory Committee has determined to hold hybrid meetings with an anchor location AND online.
