Conduct a Public Hearing to receive input from the public on the adoption of the tentative budgets as the final budgets for the calendar year of 2026. i. Approval of Minutes - March 10, 2025, Initial Meeting, December 8, 2025, Board Meeting, December 12, 2025, Board Meeting, December 15, 2025, Board Meeting. b. Adopt Final Operating and Capital Budgets for 2026. i. Adopt Resolution Adopting 2026 Budgets.
