- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers at 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah, on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, commencing at 10:00 a.m. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome- Commissioner Froerer B. Pledge of Allegiance- C. Invocation/Moment of Silence- Gary Myers D. Commissioner Comments- E. Agenda Related Public Comments- (Comments will be taken for items listed on the agenda- please limit comments to 3 minutes) F. Presentation- Presentation of Payment in Lieu of Taxes. Presenter: Blair Stringham, Northern Region Supervisor, Utah Division of Wildlife G. Consent Items- 1. Request for approval of purchase orders in the amount of $676,916.20. 2. Request for approval of warrants #106969-107059, #494837-494961 and #494 in the amount of $1,921,729.69. 3. Summary of warrants and purchase orders. 4. Request for approval of ACH payment to Zions Bank in the amount of $349,404.12. 5. Request for approval of minutes for the meetings held on January 6 and 13, 2026. 6. Request from the Weber-Morgan Health Department for approval to surplus a 2003 Honda Element. 7. Request from the Community Development Department for approval to sell surplus property identified as Parcel#15-059-0005. 8. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Turn Pro Jackpots to hold the Turn Pro Barrel Jackpots 2026 Season at the Golden Spike Event Center. 9. Request for approval of an amendment to the contract by and between Weber County and Utah State University addressing budget changes. 10. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Swanholio, LLC to hold the Baggers Brawl Cornament #6 at the Golden Spike Event Center. 11. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Shailyn Haviland for the Icebreaker Rodeo's Stall and RV management. 12. Request for approval of Retirement Agreements by and between Weber County and the following individuals- Stephan Zaccardi Ronald Brown H. Action- 1. Request for approval of a Resolution of the County Commissioners of Weber County appointing members to the Weber-Morgan Board of Health. Presenter: Brian Cowan 2. Request for approval of a Resolution of the County Commissioners of Weber County appointing two members to the Weber County Boundary Commission. Presenter: Craig Brandt 3. Request for approval of final reading of an Ordinance of the County Commissioners of Weber County amending part of sections 45, 16-2-12, and 106-8-1; to update references in the county code to match the newly renumbered Title 17, clarify Final Local Entity Plat processing and correct signature block language. Presenter: Steve Collier 4. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Harper Precast, Inc. for a box culvert for the Wilson Canal, as part of the 2550 South Roadway Widening project. Presenter: Gary Myers I. Closed Session- Request for a motion for a closed session to discuss pending or imminent litigation. J.
