Millcreek, UT Public Hearings Notice Notice is hereby given that on Monday, February 9, 2026, at approx. 7:00 p.m., at Millcreek City Hall, 1330 E Chambers Avenue, Millcreek, Utah 84106, the Millcreek City Council will hold the following public hearings: 1) to consider amending the city's Fiscal Year 2025-2026 budget, and 2) to consider a monetary contribution of up to $5,000 to Utah Transit Authority. A copy of the associated budget information is on file for review at Millcreek City Hall. Pursuant to the requirement of Utah Code Ann. ยง10-2-8, a study regarding the appropriation was performed and is available for review by interested parties at City Hall during regular business hours between 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday. The public is invited to attend the hearings and make comments. The meeting will be live streamed via the City's website at: https://www.millcreekut.gov/373/Meeting-Live-Stream. Public comment can be submitted via the City's website at: https://www.millcreekut.gov/FormCenter/Contact-Us-5/Public-Comments-61. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodation during the public hearings should notify the ADA Coordinator at 801-214-2751, or adainfo@millcreekut.gov, two days prior to the meeting date.
