- Public notice is hereby given that the South Salt Lake City Civilian Review Board will hold a Meeting on Monday, February 6, 2023. This will be an in-person meeting commencing at 6:30 p.m. at South Salt Lake City Hall. Facilitating: Zac Barnes Opening Ceremonies 1. Welcome/Introductions/Roll Call No Action Comments 1. Citizen Comments/Questions Action Comments 1. Next scheduled meeting - March 6th, 2023 2. Policy suggestion for recording officers' conversations with suspects, victims, witnesses, etc. 3. Tracking cases with significant discussion 4. Vote timing for High Priority Cases 5. Board Members Round Table Discussions - Starting from the East, to each board member 6. Budgetary Items for 2023 will be due February - Please email items and cost to the Chair and Vice Chair - NACOLE - Voting member - Conferences Unfinished Business Approval of minutes for December and January meetings Motion for Closed Meeting - Closed meeting held pursuant to Utah Code Annotated, 1953, as amended, Sec. 52-4-204, Sec.52-4-205 (1) (a), et seq. for the following purposes: Discussion of character, professional competence, physical or mental health of an individual.
