- MEETING NOTICE OF DUCHESNE COUNTY SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT #3 P.O. BOX 460 DUCHESNE, UTAH 84021 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Duchesne County Special Service District #3 will meet on Monday, January 26, 2026. Meeting will be held at the Duchesne County Administrative Offices, 60 East 400 South, Duchesne, Utah at 5:00 p.m. Agenda Items: Business: o Discussion and Consideration of MOU with UBTech o Approval of Minutes - December 22, 2025 o Training Incentives o Bills o Business o Date for Next Meeting I, Connie Sweat, Special Service District #3 Secretary, certify that on January 21, 2026, pursuant to U.C.A., 52-4-202, this notice was posted 24 hours prior to the meeting time.
