- Notice is hereby given The Mayor and City Council of Helper City, A Municipal Corporation will hold a work meeting on the 22nd day of January 2026. At the Council Chambers 19 South Main, Helper, Utah. The meeting shall begin at 6:00 pm. Agenda 1- Call to order. 2- Roll call. 3- General Budget Discussion. 4- All Wheels Park Survey Discussion. Possible closed session. Adjournment
