- PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT The Town Council of Fairfield, Utah Shall hold a Regular Session Meeting On Tuesday, December 13, 2022, @ 6:00 P.M. At the Town Office 103 East Main Street Fairfield, Utah Regular Meeting Agenda Open the Town Council Regular Session Meeting. Roll Call Prayer / Pledge of Allegiance Sheriff's Department update. Planning Commission Update. Discuss the Water Ordinance. Discussion and edit the Proposed Fairfield Town Codebook. Vote to Approve the Minutes for the Work/Regular Session on November 8, 2022. Vote to Approve the Minutes for the Work/Regular Session on November 22, 2022. Vote to Approve the Fairfield Town Financials as of the Month ending September 30, 2022. Vote to Approve the Fairfield Town Financials as of the Month ending October 31, 2022. Discussion on Stephanie Shelley's weekly reports. Report on the Christmas in the Sky Event. Discussion on Upcoming agenda items. Discussion on Old Business. Discussion on New Business. Adjourn the Town Council Regular Meeting.
