- 4:00 p.m. Work Session City Council Work Room November 13, 2025 The purpose of the work session includes presentations and discussions regarding: - Proposed General Plan Water Use and Preservation Element; - 2025 Water Conservation Plan; - Fiscal Year 2024-2025 4th Quarter Capital Improvement Plan Report; - Fiscal Year 2025-2026 1st Quarter Capital Improvement Plan Report; - Fiscal Year 2025-2026 1st Quarter Financial Report; - Proposed Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Budget Amendment - Various CIP's; - Council Business; and - Council Comments. Public meetings will be held in-person at the city offices and electronically via Zoom in accordance with Utah Code Ann. ยง52-4-202 et. seq., Open and Public Meetings Act. The public may monitor, listen to, and provide comments in open portions of the meeting either in person or electronically by following the instructions below.
