- Notice is hereby given The Springville City Council shall hold a meeting in the Council Chambers, located at 110 South Main, Springville, Utah, at 11:00 AM on December 31, 2025 1. Call to Order 2. The Springville City Council will recess the meeting and convene in a closed session to discuss pending litigation as provided by UCA 52-4-205.
