- SUMMIT COUNTY SERVICE AREA #3 NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF SUMMIT COUNTY SERVICE AREA #3 WATER RATE SCHEDULE January 20, 2026 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to Utah Code § 17B-1-313 that the Board of Trustees for Summit County Service Area #3 adopted a new water rate schedule after holding a public hearing on January 20, 2026, pursuant to Utah Code § 17B-1-643. The adopted fee and water rate schedule is attached to this notice. Any person in interest may file an action in a court with jurisdiction under Title 78A of the Utah Code (Judiciary and Judicial Administration) to contest the regularity, formality, or legality of the fee and water rate schedule within 30 days of the date of this notice. If the fee schedule is not contested by the filing of an action within the 30-day period following the publication of this notice, no one may contest the regularity, formality, or legality of the resolution after the expiration of the 30-day period in accordance with Utah Code § 17B-1-313. This notice shall be published, as a Class A notice under Utah Code § 63G-30-102, for 30 days.
