Approval of Invoices and Reimbursements for Fiscal Year 2026 Independent CPA Presented by Travis Brady b. Status of Budget/Expenses for Fiscal Year 2026 6. Election of Board Officers for Calendar Year 2026 7. Chair's Report Presented by Chair Jeff Hammer 8. Approval of minutes for meeting held November 20, 2025. 9.
