- SANPETE CONSERVATION DISTRICT MEETING AGENDA Date: Thursday, January 8,2026 10:00 am 32 East 450 North, Ephraim, Utah NRCS OFFICE 1. Welcome and Introductions a) Approve meeting agenda for January 8, 2026. Is there anything else that needs to be added to it? b) Approve minutes from December 11, 2025. 2. Clerk Report: a) Working on FY 2026 Quarter 2 UCC SERA and Financial reports, along with Utah State Auditor reports. b) New clerk contract. 3. Financial Business: CD Board a) Deposits made b) A motion is needed to pay all outstanding bills/invoices before the board: a. FY 2026 Quarter 2 Clerk Contract invoice: Motion made last meeting, check needs to be sent 4. Board Business: Board Members a) Upcoming projects b) Discuss changing the day and time of the CD meeting. c) SERA: motion to use SERA funds for any Supervisor attending the meetings mentioned during the meeting. i. Soil Health in the West Conference February 10-12, 2026, in St. George, Utah. 5. UDAF Business: a) Updates b) ARDL: c) Watershed 6. NRCS Business: a) Updates b) Other information 7. CD Employee Business: a) Updates: discuss hiring a new CD planner b) CD Equipment c) Other 8. Other Business: a) Other guests b) Adjournment. Next meeting, Thursday, February 12, 2026, at 10:00 am.
