- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that there will be a PUBLIC MEETING of the: MIDA MOUNTAIN VILLAGE PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT Date and time: Thursday, December 18, 2025 at 2:00 pm Location: N/A. This meeting will be held electronically via Zoom. Information to attend virtually: To hear or view the meeting and to provide comments to the board via Zoom webinar platform, register in advance using this link: https://us06web.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_jZrezM7bTWiJrQ-OMtKbFQ Agenda Welcome to the public by Board Chair Gary Harter, Vice Chair Karl McMillan, and board members Mike Ostermiller, Nicole Cottle, and Kurt Krieg. Review and approval of the November 18, 2025 meeting minutes. Consideration of Resolution 2025-11: CONSIDERATION FOR ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A THIRD AMENDMENT TO ASSESSMENT ORDINANCE FOR THE MOUNTAIN VILLAGE ASSESSMENT AREA #2; AUTHORIZING THE TAKING OF ALL OTHER ACTIONS NECESSARY TO THE CONSUMMATION OF THE TRANSACTIONS CONTEMPLATED BY THIS RESOLUTION; AND RELATED MATTERS (Presenter: Richard Catten) Executive Director update and board member comments. By motion of a Board Member, the Board may vote to hold a closed meeting for any of the purposes allowed by law, Utah Code ยงยง 52-4-204, 52-4-205, 52-4-206.
