- PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The West Jordan Planning Commission has scheduled a public hearing to be held on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at which time input will be received prior to discussion and possible recommendation to the City Council concerning the proposed items: Tabled from January 6, 2026, Planning Commission Meeting. Utah Outdoors Unlimited; 7880 S 1300 W; Conditional Use Permit for Outdoor Storage and Operations; C-M Zone; Utah Outdoors Unlimited/Brandon Oquendo (applicant) [Megan Jensen #35036; parcel 21-34-227-015] Rolfe Rezone; 2659 West 7000 South; Rezone .98 acres from RR-.5 Zone to R-1-10 Zone; Kim & Joye Rolfe (applicant) [Tayler Jensen/Nathan Nelson/Greg Davenport/Mike Jensen #34822; parcel 21-28-201-053, 054 (portion)] RhythmX Dance Lab; 4256 West 8370 South; Conditional Use Permit for Personal Instruction Service; M-1 zone; RhythmX Dance Lab, LLC/ Raquel Bucio (applicant) [Megan Jensen #35150; parcel 21-31-401-006] The meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. The proceedings may be viewed in the following ways: - During the meeting, access to view the live stream is available at https://westjordan.primegov.com/public/portal. - Zoom Webinar - log in information at https://westjordan.primegov.com/public/portal. - Attend in person in the West Jordan City Hall Council Chambers, 8000 South Redwood Road, 3rd Floor, West Jordan, Utah You are invited to attend the Public Hearing and take part in the discussions and voice any support or concerns you may have with the above-mentioned projects. If you want to speak on an item, the time will be limited to 3 minutes or as directed by the Chair. Items may be moved on the agenda or tabled by the Planning Commission. Items not heard will be scheduled on the next agenda. If you have any questions concerning this notice, please contact the West Jordan City Planning and Zoning office at (801) 569-5060. Copies of the agenda packet for this meeting will be available for viewing on the West Jordan website https://westjordan.primegov.com/public/portal. approximately 5 days prior to the meeting.
