- The Cedar City Council will hold a public hearing during its February 4, 2026, City Council Work Meeting to consider a zone change from General Commercial (GC) to Residential Dwelling - Multiple Units (R-3-M) for the address of 491 North 400 West. The City Council meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. and be held in the City Council Chambers located at 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. The public is encouraged to attend. The Cedar City Council will hold a public hearing during its February 4, 2026, City Council Work Meeting to consider a proposed Transportation Master Plan amendment in the vicinity of 2500 North Main Street. The City Council meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. and be held in the City Council Chambers located at 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. The public is encouraged to attend. The Cedar City Council will hold a public hearing during its February 4, 2026, City Council Work Meeting to consider modifications to Cedar City Ordinance 26-III-12 pertaining to the previously repealed General Commercial zone. The City Council meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. and be held in the City Council Chambers located at 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. The public is encouraged to attend.
