PUBLIC COMMENT WORK SESSION TOWN COUNCIL MAY NOT TAKE ACTION ON ITEMS DISCUSSED DURING A WORK SESSION 5. OPEN AND PUBLIC MEETINGS ACT TRAINING - LED BY SPENCER FOSTER FROM MOUNTAINLAND ASSOCIATION OF GOVERNMENTS (MAG) REPORTS 6. MAYOR 7. TOWN COUNCIL 8. STAFF MEMBERS 9.
