- Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Council will hold their Regular City Council meeting on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Payson City Center, 439 West Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah, as well as virtually through a link with Zoom Video Communications. Resolution - Mt. Nebo Water Agency appointments 5. Resolution - Approval of the Municipal Law Enforcement Services Agreement by and between Payson City and Mountain View Hospital for Security Services D. PETITIONS, REMONSTRANCES & COMMUNICATIONS 1.
