Call to Order B. Preliminary Action Items 1. Consider a combined board meeting for Firefly Public Infrastructure District Nos. 1-10. C. Consent Items 1. Approve the draft minutes of the Firefly Public Infrastructure District Nos. 1-10 board meeting held on December 12, 2025. 2. Approve and ratify payment applications and requisition requests made since the last board meeting. D. Action Items 1. Consider adoption of the tentative amended 2025 operating and capital budget for Firefly Public Infrastructure District No. 1 and set a public hearing to take comments on the same. 2. Consider adoption of Resolution 2026-01: A resolution authorizing the execution of a Fifth Amendment to Assessment Ordinance for the Firefly Assessment Area No. 1; authorizing the taking of all other actions necessary to the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this resolution; and related matters. E. Administrative Non-Action Items 1. Open meeting discussion with Board members of any public infrastructure district business. F.
