- CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Town Council Meeting on the 6th day of January 2026 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 24 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Swearing in Mayor and Councilmembers 2. Call to Order - Opening Ceremony - Ryan Thompson 3. Business - Training that needs to be completed by the end of January: 1. Open and Public Meetings Act (OPMA) - https://training.auditor.utah.gov/ 2. Privacy - https://youtu.be/p5wTSswDulM - Conflict of Interest and Ethical Behavior Forms - Dog Clinic: February 7, 2026, 10:00 am - 12:00 noon 4. Departments Mayor Thompson - Delegation of Councilmember Responsibilities - Town Council Meeting Dates Resolution 25-01 'A Resolution Establishing a Time and Place for Holding Regular Council Meetings' - December Warrant List 5. Other Business - Public Comment - Next Meeting - January 20, 2026 6. Adjourn The Clarkston Town Council reserves the right to adjourn to a closed session. In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the Town Clerk at least three days prior to the meeting.
