- TOWN OF STERLING COUNCIL MEETING 75 N 100 W STERLING, UT 84665 AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE STERLING TOWN COUNCIL WILL HOLD ITS REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING ON TUESDAY, JANUARY 20, 2026 AT 7:00 PM AT THE STERLING TOWN COMMUNITY CENTER, 75 N 100 W, STERLING, UT. Agenda shall be as follows: Welcome by Mayor Zeb Wignall, Pledge of Allegiance and Roll Call. Oath of Office for Newly Elected Town Council Members and Presentation of Certificates. Recognition of Outgoing Town Council Members and Presentation of Certificates. Discussions/Concerns brought up by community members or council not to be voted on. Discuss an application to the Permanent Community Impact Fund Board for a Water Improvement project. Items to be discussed include: funding options, project scope, implementation schedule and its effects on residents Vote on CIB (Community Impact Fund Board) Water Project. Discussion/Updates on Community Development Block Grant for the park project. Fraud Risk Assessment Update. Approval of Minutes from Previous Meeting(s). Report of Officers - Boards - Committees Approval of Payment of Bills Adjournment Items on the agenda (which require no published notice of time) may be considered earlier than shown on the agenda. **Items added to the original agenda which was posted on January 16, 2026 are highlighted in red.
