- NOTICE OF A MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF JORDAN VALLEY WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District will hold its regular Executive Committee meeting at 3:30 p.m., Monday, November 10, 2025, at the District Administration Building located at 8215 South 1300 West, West Jordan, Utah. Trustees and members of the public may attend this meeting in person or electronically. For information on how to join the meeting electronically, visit Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District's website at (https://jvwcd.org/calendar/1784/executive-committee-meeting). Agenda 1. Review agenda for November 12, 2025, Board meeting 2. Presentation on maximum probable loss, by Brian Child, Olympus Insurance 3. Discuss water budget policy 4. Review draft audit report 5. Review transfer of funds from the Revenue Fund to the Capital Projects fund and Other Designated Reserve Funds 6. Adjourn
