- Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Council will hold a retreat beginning at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, January 12th, 2026, and Tuesday, January 13th, 2026, at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott, 122 Green Springs Drive, Washington, UT 84780.
