- MEETING NOTICE OF THE POWDER MOUNTAIN WATER and SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT Public Notice is hereby given that the Powder Mountain Water and Sewer Improvement District will hold a public meeting at the District Office located at 298 24th St. Ste.150 Ogden, Utah commencing on January 20, 2026, at 2:30 P.M. (All Board Members and staff will be participating in VIA Zoom participants ID #3278889056. Please send email comments to czenger@pmwsid.gov The Agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome - Chair Andrew Stark B. Public Comments - please limit your comments to 3 minutes C. Approval Consent Items - Request for approval of the meeting minute held on December 9, 2025 - Financials were reviewed - Request for approval of the warrants in the amount of $121,733.81 - Request for approval to revise Prado Will Serve letter phase (1) from 38 to 42 for two duplex units - Request for Approval for 28 ERU's for Prado second phase to include lots 37-39 for duplex units - Request for approval of Change Order #1 in the amount of $5,897.05 and change order #2 in the amount of $3,516.03 for Powder West Waterline project - Request for approval for the 2025 Call to Audit with Ulrich and Associates - Request for approval for Berkley Springs tasting travel expenses D. Business Items - Board of Water Resources Bond for filtration - Avila Grant Order - New Attorney - Copper Crest laterals - Updated Office Hours - Purchasing Policy E. Request for motion to adjourn the public meeting for a closed strategy session to discuss the acquisition of real property, including any form of water right, and any pending or reasonably imminent litigation. F. Request for motion to reconvene public meeting. G.
