- The Mt. Pleasant City Community Development & Renewal Agency Board will hold a regular meeting on Tuesday, January 13th, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 115 West Main Street, Mount Pleasant, Utah. 1. Welcome - Chairperson 2. Roll Call - Secretary 3. Approval of Minutes - Chairperson December 16th, 2025, Regular CDRA Meeting held at 6:00 p.m. 4. Approval of Claims - Chairperson Invoice Register dated December 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, in the amount of $17,487.43 5. CDRA Executive Director Report 6. CDRA Chairperson Report 7. Discussion/Action: 8. Adjourn In Accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) this facility is wheelchair accessible and handicap parking is available. Requests for accommodation and interpretive services must be made 8 hours prior to the meeting. Please contact the city office on 435-462-2456 for information or assistance.
