- The Mt. Pleasant City Community Development & Renewal Agency Board will hold a regular meeting on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at 6:10 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 115 West Main Street, Mount Pleasant, Utah. 1. Welcome - Chairperson 2. Roll Call - Secretary 3. Approval of Minutes - Chairperson November 18th, 2025, Regular CDRA Meeting held at 6:00 p.m. 4. Approval of Claims - Chairperson Invoice Register dated November 1, 2025, to November 31, 2025, in the amount of $17,615.14 5. CDRA Executive Director Report a. Arena Management Discussion- Monte Bona & Jack Widdison 6. CDRA Chairperson Report 7. Discussion/Action: a. Approval of Claim to White Peak Ranch in the amount of $48,000 for construction, development, design and planning for PRCA outdoor arena. b. Discussion of new proposed rules and regulations for Contoy Arena. 8. Adjourn In Accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) this facility is wheelchair accessible and handicap parking is available.
