- PUBLIC NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETINGS FOR THE CITY COUNCIL - 2026 Morgan City Council meetings will be held on the dates listed below. They are held on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Room of the City Office located at 90 West Young Street, Morgan, Utah. Meetings will be broadcast on YouTube and live streamed for viewing by the public on the City's website - https://www.morgancityut.org/meetings. Work meetings are held at 6:00 p.m. before regular Council meetings as needed. All meetings will be held as listed unless otherwise posted or notified. 2026 MEETINGS January 13 July 14 January 27 July 28 February 10 August 11 February 24 August 25 March 10 September 8 March 24 September 22 April 14 October 13 April 28 October 27 May 12 November 10 May 26 November 24 June 19 December 8 June 23 December 22 (No Meeting) Posted on the City's Website and Public Notice Website on December 12, 2026.
