Approve Minutes of December 10, 2025, Public Hearing & Regular Meeting - By Motion 5. Mayor's Report - Dakota Veater a) Discuss and make decision concerning collecting donations for new flagpole and flag at the Town Hall as part of the 250 year 'Celebration of America' - By Motion b) Discuss and make decision on hiring someone to help Dan Burgett as needed - By Motion. c) Discuss and make decision concerning increasing the Town Treasurer's hours from 15 hours a week to 20 hours a week - By Motion 6. Water Report - Mike Abbott a) Discuss vacancies on the Water Board and need to appoint new members. b) Sunrise Engineering update/progress report on Water Improvement Project. 7.
