- Land Use Training Fund applications need to be submitted by end of business day December 30, 2025. Applications will be heard in the order they are received. ** NOTE: The Heber M. Wells Building requires a security check-in and a valid ID. As such, Security requires a list of attendees. Please contact me if you plan to attend the meeting in person.
