- ALPINE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING NOTICE is hereby given that the PLANNING COMMISSION of Alpine City, Utah, will hold a Public Meeting on Tuesday, December 2nd at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall, 20 North Main Street, Alpine, Utah. The public may attend the meeting in person or view it via the Alpine City YouTube Channel. A direct link to the channel can be found on the homepage of the Alpine City website, alpineut.gov. I. GENERAL BUSINESS A. Welcome and Roll Call: Alan MacDonald B. Prayer/Opening Comments: By Invitation C. Pledge of Allegiance: John Mackay II. REPORTS AND PRESENTATIONS A. None III. ACTION/DISCUSSION ITEMS: A. Public Hearing: Adoption of the updated Water Conservation Plan. B. Public Hearing: Amendment to the Alpine City General Plan to add a Water Conservation Chapter. C. Public Hearing: Proposed amendments to Alpine Development Code 3.01.110 (Definitions), 3.04.030 CR-40,000, and 3.23 Conditional Uses to create and allow a 'Farm Stand' use within the CR-40,000 Zone. D. Public Hearing: Proposed amendment to Alpine Development Code 3.23.060 to reduce the minimum lot size from five (5) acres to two (2) acres and add additional compliance standards for Guest Houses. E. Public Hearing: Proposed amendment to Alpine Development Code 3.18.080 (Senior Housing Overlay Zone) to comply with State requirements regarding the subdivision review process. F. Public Hearing: Potential amendment to Alpine Development Code 3.08.050 to allow the City Council to grant setback exceptions within the Public Facility Zone when justified by circumstances. IV.
