- TOWN OF STERLING 75 N 100 W STERLING, UT 84665 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE STERLING TOWN COUNCIL WILL HOLD ITS REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING ON TUESDAY, OCTOBER 18, 2022, AT 7:00 PM AT THE STERLING TOWN COMMUNITY CENTER, 75 N 100 W, STERLING, UT. The Agenda Shall Be As Follows: Pledge of Allegiance Roll Call Reading Of Minutes from Previous Meeting Approval Of Minutes from Previous Meeting Discussion and vote on the purchase of a water leak detection system. Discussion and vote on changing remaining Master Meters to Badger Meters. Discussion of Utah Code standards, and separation of duties Discussion of the Self Examination Assessment completed at the previous council meeting. Discussion and vote of Fraud Risk Assessment for the 2021-22 fiscal year audit. Discussion on all Council members to complete OPMA for the 2022 fiscal year and email copies of the certification of completion to Kris. Review and approval of Kristina K. Winkel was an authorized individual to the Public Entity Resolution/Office of the State Treasurer. Review and approve the addition of Kristina K. Winkel to become a notary public. Discuss code on location of buildings on properties, code on portable containers and P&Z's review of this information. Discussion on gas for equipment (dump truck and general equipment) Discussion and Vote on equipment rental fee from Jim Butcher Discussion of Mileage reimbursement Purchase of a usable Master Meter by Mark Otten to monitor leaks at a Stock Water split connection. Discussion on existing Stock Water Agreement Discussion on a separate appeal authority for Planning and Zoning Report of Officers - Boards - Committees Approve Payment of Bills Adjournment Items on the agenda (which require no published notice of time) may be considered earlier than shown on the agenda. **Items added to the original agenda which was posted on Oct 14, 2022 are highlighted.
