- TOWN OF STERLING PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION 75 N 100 W STERLING, UT 84665 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE STERLING PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION WILL HOLD THEIR NEXT MEETING ON TUESDAY, March 14, 2023. AT 7:00 PM AT THE STERLING TOWN COMMUNITY CENTER, 75 N 100 W, STERLING, UT. The Agenda Shall Be as Follows: 1. Pledge of Allegiance 2. Roll Call 3. Read & Approve minutes from the meeting on December 13, 2022 and January 10, 2023 4. Discuss need for all Commissioners to complete OPMA training on the State Auditor's website at https://training.auditor.utah.gov/courses/open-and-public-meetings-act-training-2022. It is on the emails sent with this agenda to all parties. 5. Discussion on Town Planning & Zoning draft from Jones & DeMille for Sterling Town. 6. Committee Business 7. Adjournment Items On the Agenda (Which Require No Published Notice of Time) May Be Considered Earlier Than Shown On The Agenda.
