- GROUND BREAKING CEREMONY WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 17, 2025 The Harrisville City Council and Planning Commission will be meeting to hold a Ground Breaking Ceremony for the Public Safety and City Hall Building at 4:00PM on Wednesday, December 17, 2025 at the City Offices, located at 686 West 1750 North, Harrisville, UT 84404 The public is invited to attend. The Council and Commission will take no formal action during the Ground Breaking Ceremony. AGENDA 1. 4:00PM - Welcome & opening Remarks. Mayor Tait 2. 4:15PM - Remarks Chief Wilson 3. 4:20PM - Ground Breaking & Pictures 4. 4:30PM - Adjournment. The foregoing City Council agenda was posted and can be viewed at City Hall, on the City's website Harrisvillecity.gov, and at the Utah Public Notice Website at http://pmn.utah.gov. Notice of this meeting has also been duly provided as required by law. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City of Harrisville will make reasonable accommodations for participation in the meeting.
