- NOTICE Notice is given that a possible quorum of Saratoga Springs City Council Members will be present at a social gathering meet and greet with Lake Mountain School District Board. To be held Thursday, January 15, 7:30 a.m. at the City of Saratoga Springs Council Chambers, 319 South Saratoga Road, Saratoga Springs, Utah. No business or action will be taken at this gathering.
