- This meeting will be conducted both in-person and electronically via Webex Meetings. Agendas, recordings, and meeting minutes can be accessed on the Utah Public Notice site at utah.gov/pmn/. 11:30 Lunch 11:40Board Chair brings the meeting to order and calls for introductions. Public Comments Limited to three minutes per individual unless otherwise approved by the board. If an individual is unable to attend the meeting in person, they may email their comments to JGoodman@saltlakecounty.gov by 10:00 AM the day of the meeting to have the comments distributed to the board and read into the record at the appropriate time. 12:00Business Item - Approval of July 2025 Minutes 12:05Board will vote on the approval of the September 2025 meeting minutes. Action Item: Board Vote Required - Minutes approval 12:05Division Director's Report Chris Otto, Division Director Chris will provide a Bond Status update. 12:15 2026 Budget Update Brent Lalusa, Assistant Director of Fiscal Operation 12:30 Recreation Update Eliza Schofield Assistant Director of Recreation Eliza will provide a brief update on their current projects and programs. Informational: No Action Required 12:35 Recognition of Chris Hill Chris Otto, Division Director Presentation of plaque and street sign. Next Steps for filling seat. Adjourn
