- Spanish Fork City is seeking a qualified Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) to provide Design, pre-construction and construction services for a new indoor riding arena and covered animal stall complex. The goal is to create a premier, safe, and durable facility capable of hosting rodeos, livestock shows, and private riding events. Key Components: * Indoor Arena: Approximately [e.g., 40,000] sq. ft. clear-span steel structure. * Specialized Footing: Professional-grade dirt/sand mixture for high-impact equine sports. * Animal Stalls: 250ft x 120ft 192 covered stalls * Spectator Amenities: Bleacher seating, announcers' booth, and concession areas. * Green Space: Landscape park and pavilion. * Site Improvements: Storm drain, concrete work, and asphalt pavement It is anticipated that The Construction Manager/General Contractor will provide a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) at the 100% construction drawing level. City projects a construction budget for the building and associated site development in the range of $10,000,000-$11,000,000
