- PLANNING & ZONING BOARD MEETING MONDAY, DECEMBER 15, 2025 7:00 pm MARYSVALE COMMUNITY CENTER 1. Approval of Minutes of 8/11/2025 2. Public hearing on the proposed Marysvale Town Ordinance 12-1900, an Ordinance of Marysvale Town adopting the 2006 Edition of the International Wildland-Urban Interface (IWUIC), as currently amended by the Utah Division of Forestry, Fire and State Lands regulating and governing the mitigation of hazards to life and property from the intrusion of fire from wildland exposures, fire from adjacent structures and the preservation of structure fires from spreading to wildland fuels, providing for the issuance of permits and the collection of fees, enforcing enhanced building codes in the town's WUI designated area and repealing any prior conflicting ordinances, and providing for an effect date. 3.
