- Millcreek Historic Preservation Commission Special Meeting Agenda Public Notice is hereby given that the Historic Preservation Commission of Millcreek will assemble in a special public meeting on Monday, 20 October 2025, at City Hall, 1330 E Chambers Ave, Millcreek, Utah 84106, commencing at 5:00 p.m. 5:00 p.m. - Special Meeting 1. Request to Remove 2661 East Evergreen Avenue from the Millcreek Historic Sites and Districts List pursuant to Section 18.73.060(G)(2) of the Millcreek Code of Ordinances; Applicant Kyle and Jessica Hill 2. Adjourn In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Millcreek will make reasonable accommodation for participation in the meeting. Individuals may request assistance by contacting the ADA Coordinator, 801-214-2751 or adainfo@millcreek.us , at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting.
