- Notice of the Regular Meeting Agenda of the PLANNING COMMISSION OF LAYTON, UTAH FOR Tuesday, January 13, 2026 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the regular meeting of the Planning Commission of Layton, Utah, will be held on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, in the City Council Chambers, 437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton, Utah, at 7:00 PM. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION APPROVAL OF MINUTES: PLANNING COMMISSION WORK AND REGULAR MEETINGS - DECEMBER 23, 2025. PUBLIC HEARING 1. Hines at Three Farms - REZONE The applicant, Greg Timothy, representing Ivory Development, LLC, is requesting a rezone of 30.5 acres from A (Agriculture) and R-S PRUD (Residential Suburban, Planned Residential Unit Development) to R-1-10 (Single Family Residential) zoning to develop a single-family residential subdivision. The property is located at approximately 2746 West Gentile Street. ADJOURNMENT
