- December 2025 Agenda Notice is hereby given that the Lake Point Improvement District will hold its regular scheduled business meeting on December 4th, 2025 beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Broken Arrow Conference Room, 8960 Clinton Landing Road, Lake Point, Utah. Lagoon and Pump Systems i. Discharge Monitoring Report b. Collection systems and Blue Stakes c. Manhole Inspections d. Inspection responsibilities 7. Status of agreement for emergency services between LPID and Tooele City 8. Operator Contract Services Advertisement and renewal 9. Treasurer Contract Services Advertisement and renewal 10. Board Member Vacancy 11. Rio Tinto service request 12. Other District Business or Trustee Concerns 13. Adjournment
