- NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE WASHINGTON COUNTY RAP ADVISORY BOARD PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Washington County Recreation, Arts, and Parks (RAP) Disbursement Advisory Board, in St. George, Utah, will hold a Regular Meeting in CONFERENCE ROOM 421 IN THE WASHINGTON COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING, 111 EAST TABERNACLE, ST. GEORGE, UTAH, commencing at 12:00 P.M. on TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 18, 2025 1. Welcome 2. Approval of Minutes: November 4, 2025 3. Application Review; St. George Opera St. George Jazz The Stage Door Washington County Arts Council Washington City Museum Washington County Historical Society Western Sky Warbirds Museum Zion Canyon Arts and Humanities Council Zion Canyon Mesa Zion Youth Symphony 4.
