- Notice is Hereby given that Emery County Commission will hold a public hearing in order to receive comments on the proposed updates to the Emery County General Plan. This hearing will be held during the regularly scheduled Meeting of the Board of Emery County Commissioners on January 20, 2026 beginning at 3:00pm A copy of the proposed updates to the Emery County General Plan are attached to this posting as a public information handout. It is also available for review on the Emery County website and in the Emery County Clerk/Auditor's Office
