Business: 1. Discussion and possible action to approve Water Surplus agreement. 2. Discussion and possible action to approve the MOU for the Water Surplus agreement 3. Discussion and possible action to approve the Water Exchange Agreement. 4. Discussion and possible action to approve the Director of Operations new truck lease. G.
